Description of the site: The web site English Listening Language is site created for ESL/EFL learners whose learners level of English proeficiency is pre- intermediate. The site offers some written questions( this question do not supply any feedback) and passagges in which the learners can develope their listening skills. Besides, It does not provide any grammar explanation.

What we like about the site: we like that the author of this site highlights the benefits of developing listening skill and the characteristics of their recording such as: the duration of the recording, it also gives a brief description of the persons involved in “the passage”.

What we don't like about the site:This webpage is just focused on listening. It has no instructions, so it’s quite difficult to follow what the learner needs to do, it also provides an option to choose the level of the learner but it does not work at all. Besides, the site offers many topics with recordings and only one of them can be heard. Personally we did not like this page because it does not work with the 4 skills of English and it does not offer any feedback to learners.

ESL/EFL Pedagogical implications of the site: The site is helpful for learners to develop the listening skill through passages of real people speaking English and using native expressions such as: slangs and idioms which help them to be more fluent and acquire more vocabulary.
